TITLE: ATT Project Manger

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of projects and vendor management to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions. The Project Manager manages multiple projects simultaneously and assists the Project Management Director with the day-to-day activities of the New Site Builds, including but not limited to leasing due diligence, zoning, permitting and construction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage workflow and daily, weekly, and monthly goals for vender team consisting of A&E, Site Acq, Regulatory, Construction. This requires a holistic understanding of the development and build of a site, shifting team focus to achieve short- and long-term goals, and communicate program objectives into role specific tasks.
• Fielding all team questions in daily and weekly meetings, providing clarification and training and development where applicable, and escalating market needs when necessary.
• Responsible for managing client expectations for deliverables and milestones Attends weekly market meetings with clients reviewing progress to completion of build.
• Responsible for site list including specific details moving through any site exception process, or sites requiring elevated degrees of attention. The position is expected to accurately communicate market metrics on a macro and micro level to varying audiences including but not limited to clients, partners, executive management, vendors, and the team they manage.
• Assist Site Acquisition Vendor in negotiation techniques and challenges they encounter with landlords. This includes strategy and negotiation to get the best deals possible for presentation to the Project Manager Director for review. This also includes confirmation deals being made meet program requirements.
• Forecasts project milestones and deliverables via Site Tracker and client systems.
• Managing P.O. requests, approval, and confirmation of payments/deliverables. This includes confirming project remains within budget.
• Understanding Regulatory processes and milestones. Manages Regulatory Vendor to produce all required documents on time and correctly.
• AT&T experience is a must have

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 – $8,750.00 per month
