Pugh Executive Search in the search for a Senior Accounting and Finance Director reporting to the CEO of a privately held Oil and Gas Services firm that is located in Fort Worth. The Senior Finance Director will assist the CEO of this successful firm in leading accounting, reporting, and FP&A functions, and will present findings to financial investors and regulatory agencies as required. Additionally, he or she will directly assist the leadership in identifying and acquiring target companies to expand and complement their current offerings. To be considered for this role, we are looking for the following:
CPA with an MBA in Finance would be ideal but we would consider an MBA or a CPA
5+ years of progressive experience in Finance but with a foundation in corporate accounting
Experienced in financial modeling and performing due diligence procedures
Experienced in purchase accounting and g/l integration
Have set up the financial process, implemented best practices, developed Financial Reporting templates and KPI reports
Experienced in identifying top talent, hiring, training and mentoring
Very experienced with Wolfepak and supplemental reporting programs
Willing to work in a hybrid work environment on average 40-45 hours a week
