Summary :
This position maximizes commercial enrollment and retention within an assigned brokerage / agency and / or territory to meet budgeted enrollment quotas and revenue projections.
This position is also responsible for facilitating renewal and retention processes and consults and is advised on all products, industry trends, and plan functions.
The Account Executive is also responsible for realizing annual sales quotas and client retention.

Facilitate the completion of enrollment forms.
Job Requirements :
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Associates degree Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Skills : Critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills and skilled in sales, negotiations, problem-solving, time-management, organization, communication, and strong knowledge / experience of MS Office and the ability to work independently.
Working knowledge SalesForce.com and cc : Mail
Years of Experience : Minimum of 3 years of commercial sales and / or in employee benefits sales and service.
License : Current State of Ohio HMO License and a valid Driver’s License.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Years of Experience : Minimum of 5 of commercial sales and / or in employee benefits sales and service
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands : Ability to transport marketing materials and supplies.
Travel : Utilizing personal transportation, travel independently throughout plan service area.
