DESCRIPTION
Leadership
- Model appropriate selling and customer service skills
- Ensure that all sales associates understand and support the pursuit of superior customer service
- Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate a team of 15-20 motivated sales associates
Operations
- Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards
- Manage inventory levels to maximize seasonal sell through and profitability
- Maintain knowledge of current fashions to ensure inventory mix matches customer expectations
Performance
- Lead the sales team to exceed sales goals
- Maintain all controllable expenses within established budgetary guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School or equivalent degree
- College degree preferred
- At least 2 years of retail management experience preferably in similar merchandise lines
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and time management skills

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
