The successful colleague in this role will be a key commercial business partner and serve as finance lead for Specialty Care Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) Brands. Role primarily supports brand teams as well as provides analytical support for all key finance decisions.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide strategic business finance support to the Brand Marketing Team Lead
Provide financial leadership on business initiatives that unlock business value across assigned US commercial teams to maximize results while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies
Establish effective working relationships with business partners and provide financial leadership, business consultation, and analytical support to the commercial teams
Provide performance reporting for Specialty Care Brands, generating weekly and monthly trackers for the brand lead and other stakeholders.
Create, maintain, and update the Specialty Care Brands sales models for Operating Plan, LE forecasts and other specific scenarios according to latest market developments and trends
Submission of all FP&A, Controllers and US finance deliverables for Specialty Care Brands, such as Local Mosaic submissions, monthly VEP validations, quarterly Alliance Revenue Receivables BPC data load, external reporting web-forms, etc.
Provide analysis and insight into brand P&L performance (i.e., revenues, cost of sales, and A&P spend). Complete monthly and quarterly US alliance processes and reconciliations
Active participation and support of SCBU US finance team activities such as simplification/automation initiatives, coordination of periodic meetings
Required Basic Qualifications:
10 years of business finance experience
Advanced degree, preferably finance, an MBA/CPA
Experience in Product P&L financial management and corresponding business knowledge
Must possess expertise in financial modeling & analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Pfizer’s financial systems
Must have very strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written & presentations) demonstrating the ability to effectively summarize critical information into clear, concise, and insightful updates for senior leadership
Must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources to provide perspective
Ability to perform complex data analysis and ability to work in a matrix environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Gross to Net components such as Chargebacks, Rebates, CoPay
Life Sciences Industry experience
Finance MBA

This Finance Director role will report to the VP Finance Specialty Care. Main location NYHQ, other listed locations considered, must be able to work in the assigned Pfizer location 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business
For roles based in New York City: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $139,300.00 to $232,200.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
