HIRING Payroll Admin Assistant

Payroll Admin Assistant Job Duties:

• Must have at least 1 year of payroll experience with a 3rd party payroll provider (Paychex Flex Preferred)
• Must have at least 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience
• Must have at least 1 year of Excel experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
• Posting payments to customer accounts.
• Processing CC & ACH transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Maintain and file payroll Information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing various other duties as needed
• Must have pleasant phone voice, strong computer skills, familiar with electronic record keeping and clean background
