Overall Responsibilities:• Customer Service experience and SAP knowledge a plus• Supply Chain Experience is a plus• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, predominately Excel• Strong organizational skills• Solid analytical ability• Effective verbal and written communication• Ability to work in fast paced environment• Effective management of time and multi-tasking• Ability to work independently and with others• Must display initiative and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment• Ability to work overtime as required• Manage and reply to all inquiries received from client within 2 hours• Sales order entry and follow up through logistics• Prepare and maintain status reports and modify schedules or plans as required• Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others• Assist Account Manager in providing technical advice and to resolve problems• Correspond with customer to ensure customer requirements are met• Create and maintain reports as required by customer• Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with customer as needed• Monitor processes related to customer specific requirements• Follow up to ensure that SLA of all projects are met• Provide customer support• Maintain client confidentiality• Provide backup for Account Manager as well as other team members as needed• Must be able to work independently and as a team.

Possess strong organizational interpersonal skills. Experience working with Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point, SAP and Outlook
Physical Demands & Work Environment:This job requires mobility, the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols as well as hand/eye coordination. The employee regularly sits for long periods of time and is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee regularly uses office equipment such as a telephone, fax, copier, calculator and will regularly use a computer for extended periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Work is performed in office environment. Constant contact with staff and customers. Professionalism required.
Proven experience as an Account Representative or other sales role
Experience in customer service is a plus

$22.00 – $23.00/hr
