Position Purpose: The Assistant Association Portfolio Manager must believe in, practice and initiate all Green Brick Partners values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners.
The Assistant Association Portfolio Manager’s role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support for our Associations, in accordance with company policy, service standards and current law.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Manage homeowner inquiries, to include addressing homeowner concerns and assisting with dispute resolution
• Ensure community management tools are effectively utilized in accordance with provided standard operating procedures and organizational systems
• Prepares and/or assists with dissemination of community notifications and newsletters
• Assist with solicitation of vendor proposals and work order performance management
• Manage preventive maintenance communication notifications and recordkeeping
• Oversees review and processing of monthly compliance communication in accordance with the Associations DCCRs
• Oversees intake, processing and record retention of homeowner modifications request, serving as a liaison between the homeowner and Architectural Control Committee
• Assist with new community onboarding tasks
• Assists with annual and board meeting preparations
• Assist with programming and distribution of homeowner pool/amenity center access devices

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
