Myticas Consulting is looking to bring aboard multiple Technical Recruiters to support IT talent acquisition efforts for our large client pool throughout the United States.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting IT personnel (or some form recruitment experience in general) for private and public sectors, and who is currently base (or plans to be situated) within the Chicago and greater regions.
The Technical Recruiter will report to the account executive and conduct recruiting as assigned to identify and evaluate potential candidates for net new and ongoing requirements.
Work location: Greater Chicago/hybrid remote.Â
Qualifications:
- Ideally, pervious IT recruitment experience primarily for positions such as, but not limited to, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Developers/Architects, DevOps Engineer, Software Architects, Project Managers, BSA’s, etc . †both contract and Full time positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience or knowledge of utiliting sourcing technologies to help fill candidate pipelines (social media networks, job boards, career fairs, internal database, etc .).
