The Molten Metal Systems business of Morgan Advanced Materials manufactures an extensive range of high-performance crucibles and foundry consumables for non-ferrous metal melting applications
We provide melting solutions for foundries, die-casters and melting facilities working with zinc, precious metals, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze and other non-ferrous metals.

Responsibilities:
The purpose of the role is to manage the finance and supply chain functions for N&CA and to effectively business partner with the regional commercial teams.
Manage and take ownership of North and Central America general ledger control and ing (profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow), including supply chain, for MMS trading business.
Act as a Business Partner with the North and Central America sales managers.
Take full ownership of the monthly actuals and forecast process, as well as the annual budgeting process.
Supervise North and Central America planner based in India.
Development of ing and analysis tools to enable us to better understand the underlying profitability of the business.
Manage in the intercompany pricing process in conjunction with the manufacturing plants.
Act as the key liaison point with the Augusta finance team who will provide back office support for AR and AP for the MMS business and Augusta logistics/ warehouse team.
Also, act as a Liaison and coordinate with the key MMS manufacturing sites.

Accurately manage inventory to balance the customer requirements with the financial expectations of the business
An ability to consistently hit tight deadlines with quality data and analysis.
An ability to manage a range of stakeholders in a matrix structure.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Professional finance qualification or a degree in a relevant subject
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in finance operations and FP&A.
Advanced Excel modelling skills
Experience working in an ERP finance environment, JDE preferred.
