Provide leadership and financial support to properties within a region, which may include interim DFA roles, conducting audits, leading projects, training staff, etc.
Skills and Knowledge Required
Financial management skills i.e., ability to analyze P&L statements, develop operating budgets, prepare a short and long term forecast and champion capital expenditure planning
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Attention to detail. Knowledge of General ledger mapping integration with various systems, balance sheet reconciliation process, and ability to follow-up on outstanding issues.
Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect departments
Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA)
Working knowledge of hotel laws governing operations

Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required. Intermediate Accounting work required.

California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $93,713 to $204,107 annually.
Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $93,713 to $185,551 annually.
New York City & Westchester County, NY Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $113,393 to $204,107 annually.
Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $93,713 to $204,107 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.4616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
