Are you a Personal Injury Attorney looking for a new position in the Los Angeles, California area? This is a full-time position where you will be expected to manage your own caseload of plaintiff personal injury claims. Handle intake, progress through pre-litigation, and take claims to trial or settlement. Litigation is usually handled as a two-person team. As a hybrid work situation, you will be able to work at home and in-office. Must be in-office at least two days a week. Attire is business casual at the office, while suits and ties are expected when meeting with clients. Nearly all hearings and meetings are done via Zoom.
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, taking on existing cases without the need for training. Applicants should have at least five years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury practice, with at least three years of trial experience, preferably first chair. Must have a J.D. degree and be barred in the state of California. The firm offers a competitive base salary plus origination fees. There is no limit to earning potential, and entrepreneurial attorneys will thrive in this environment.
