Current Need: FP&A Sr. Manager, US Pharma Generics. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Generics FP&A, this Sr. Manager role will serve as a key business partner to the Generic Injectables team to help advance McKesson’s strategic injectables initiative. In this role, you will become educated on the Generic injectables market and develop, implement, and maintain standardized reporting to guide the business on program performance. The Sr. Manager role requires a team member who displays technical finance competence, intellectual curiosity, and excellent communicative abilities to develop internal relationships and foster collaboration across key stakeholders.
Responsibilities Include:
Development of injectables P&L, cash flow reporting, and financial KPIs that can be automated through standardized and repeatable process
Collaborate across FP&A to execute month-end close, forecast, and budget activities and lead monthly financial reviews with business partners
Partner with the Injectables program team on pipeline of new wins and assessment of forecast assumptions
Partner with IT to identify and implement necessary ERP changes as the program is developed
Assess buy and sell economics to recommend an optimal fee structure for injectable services
Contribute to new customer contract pricing, as needed
Perform lookback analyses versus initial business case and scope additional investment needs, as required
Critical Skills and Requirements:
7+ years of professional finance work experience
Intellectual curiosity
Excellent financial modeling and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate financial data into recommendations for senior
of effectively working in cross-functional teams
Driven by a dynamic work environment and navigating business complexity
Intermediate to advanced skill level on MS Excel and PowerPoint
Education/Training –
4-year degree in finance or related field
Master’s degree preferred
Business Experience –
10+ years of relevant experience
Salary: 113,800.00 – 151,700.00 – 189,600.00 USD Annual with 20% MIP
