Position Summary:
Penn Foster’s Financial Planning & Analysis team brings quantitative, analytical support to decision-making for the business. Members serve as ambassadors to business leaders in linking strategic and operational planning. As a key member of the FP&A team, the Financial Analyst will contribute significantly to the performance and financial management of our business. The Financial Analyst will partner with the Director of FP&A to analyze the financial performance of the business, establish annual and quarterly financial plans, aid in business decision support and strategy, partner cross-functionally to deliver value, provide recommendations on profit and expense and enhance FP&A tools, processes, and best practices.
