POSITION PROFILE
Responsible for leading a team in the Development, Support, Simplification and Automation of Business Reporting for RNA, including the identification and implementation of new reporting technologies, including data visualization platforms.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategizes with business leaders creating proper prioritization of requests aligning to Corporate strategic growth goals

Leads the analytical BI strategy and adoption across the enterprise

Operates as central point of contact for coordination of development/automation/improvement of reports and dashboards for RNA Business Units and Functions

Ensures compliance with guidelines from RCL on all reporting and consolidation.

Works closely on alignment of technologies with internal IT organization, specifically driving the transition of data to Snowflake cloud

Ensures alignment with Business Unit/Functional KPI’s and the P&L
-
Complies with internal controls over financial reporting required by section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Interfaces with various organizations including finance, sales, operations and back off support on financial and operational reporting issues.

Responsible for development of the Center of Excellence team members for growth and expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

BS Degree (Finance, Analytics or Info Systems)

Expertise in Financial Reporting Systems

Advanced knowledge of various Business Intelligence tools including Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, Microstrategy, etc

Advanced knowledge of Snowflake or other Cloud data storage tools

Related experience / Certifications
-
10 years experience in Finance and/or Reporting

Managerial Experience
