L&M Radiator, Inc., is a worldwide manufacturer of heat exchangers for the mining, oil, gas and heavy equipment industries. Will be the main point of contact andbe responsible forall major OEM Sales and Customers. Develop, grow, and retain positive relationships with all OEM clients and keep contact information updated.
Essential Job Functions:
o Marketing and advertising strategies and budgets.
o Schedule, organize, and distribute marketing literature and demonstrate consistent execution of the Sales and Marketing Plan using various methods to include social media and platforms.
o Schedule, organize and participate in trade shows as requested.
o Maintain weekly contact with staff.
o Conduct monthly teleconference with all sales staff.
o Assists with training and mentoring new hires.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for Entry Level:
Minimum Qualifications for Application:
High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of territorial or regional high-volume sales and account management experience in heavy equipment industries.
Mechanical and technical aptitude.
75% travel required.
General manufacturing knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with 5 years of territorial or regional high-volume sales and account management experience in industry.
Knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP system.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
MSHA Certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
