Overview
This position provides marketing support to the Marketing Department through a variety of related responsibilities. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, professional, supportive, eager to learn, and possess the ability to cope well under pressure.
Responsibilities
General Responsibilities :
Models & Welcome Center Support :
including the basic set up of the trailer and arrange appropriate furnishings, displays and supplies.
Special Events Support :
Organize, plan and implement community Grand Openings and all special events under the direction of Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing Director.
BMR Program
Organize, plan and implement community BMR Program under the direction of Division President and Marketing Manager.
Advertising & Signage :
Marketing Assets & Collateral
Implement all job orders through regional marketing, then coordinate and oversee the process to ensure the completion of all creative assets.
Track any changes to brochure floor plans, elevations or features to ensure changes are made before a reprint is ordered.
Upon completion, traffic all assets to appropriate vendors.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum High School or GED required
Physical Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office.
Also requires the ability to read plans, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and / or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive / return phone messages.
Standing is required for filing and copying.
