This position will provide financial data Design leadership to the Supply Chain workstreams building capability as part of the Signifi transformation project. Signifi is focused on reshaping the way we work as a finance team for reporting & analytics for the JNJ Finance function. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to a highly visible and strategic enterprise initiative for the corporation. This role will give opportunity to support the development of our future planning processes, driving to increased efficiency through leverage of non-financial data to inform better outcomes and more accurate baselines. Focus will be on supporting the design and deployment for our Supply chain Organisation.
Responsibilities
Coach and develop Senior Financial Data Analyst
Lead Finance Data Design for supply chain to provide sustainable data to add value to the planning process working in collaboration with BPO, GPO and TPO
Design and support data testing as part of business simulation testing and user acceptance testing cycles
Work with JJT team as Business Data Product Owner to document /define/ and develop User Stories to improve the completeness, latency & accuracy for the data product quality
Ensure that data solutions are sustainable and can be maintained once transitioned to Run state with DRI assigned
Integrate with MDM Tool to support the reporting using Standard & Alternate Hierarchies
Educate wider project team on data related issues.
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, Major in Finance or IT are preferred
Previous Supply Chain experience
A minimum of 5 years relational database management/data model/data warehouse experience
Strong understanding of financial processes is required, experience in FP&A a significant advantage
SQL experience
Working knowledge of technical systems (Tableau, Alteryx, SAP, BW, MDM, Anaplan) is required
Experience documenting best practices and enforcing strong governance in a team
A commitment and passion for continuous integration, improvement, and using automation to ensure stable deliverables
Preferred:
Knowledge of Tableau & Alteryx development is preferred
Strong Project Management Skills or experience leading implementations is preferred
Experience supporting business partners within the Finance organization is preferred
Other:
The preferred location for this role is New Brunswick, NJ. Talent at other J&J campuses in NJ/PA, and Other global Locations will be considered, but travel to New Brunswick, NJ will be required based on business needs.
This role may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
The base pay range for this position is $93,000- $159,850
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
