What you’ll do :

Responsible for developing and executing integrated account expansion campaigns to ensure that JMP sales professionals in the Americas have quality leads in their funnels and tools to grow existing accounts.

These campaigns will provide go-to-market (GTM) plans that include various content, events, email, social media, account-based marketing and other innovative approaches.

As a marketing manager, you will support sales teams across the United States, Canada, and Latin America in their account expansion efforts.

You will adapt and implement global marketing programs to meet specific Americas needs. You will develop and monitor additional marketing programs for lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM) to grow existing accounts using a combination of digital marketing, social media, online and virtual events.

Additionally, you will work with third-party organizations (trade groups, professional organizations, alliances, vendors) to expand JMP’s usage.

What we’re looking for

• Create a strategic marketing plan aligned with the overall company objectives while setting clear and measurable marketing goals for the region.
• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to accelerate revenue and customer adoption. These campaigns will provide lead generation, account-based marketing and retention elements that are strategically planned around targeted accounts or territories.
• Leverage marketing technologies and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Curate messaging and content for target industries and accounts.
• Establish MQLs and SQLs via attribution modeling.
• Communicate the campaign strategy to all levels from sales teams to executive leadership thereby assuring linkage with corporate goals.
• Accelerate and share best practices across the Americas sales teams.
• Promote the use of established processes by sales teams to hold quality, brand-consistent in-person and online sales meetings.
• Oversee operations and logistics of marketing activities, virtual events and campaigns according to the go-to-market plan.
• Develop and manage the regional marketing budget effectively and allocate resources accordingly.
• Measure and react to success metrics making data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes and ROI.
• Collaborate with other marketing managers across all WW regions.
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and synergy to drive the use and impact of JMP.
• Work through third-party alliances to increase the reach of JMP’s message.
• Adapt global marketing initiatives to be regionally relevant.
• Travel occasionally

Other knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA
• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts including content management, digital marketing, social media, alliances, virtual events and email strategies
• Extensive experience in lead nurturing and account expansion / account-based marketing
• Experience in customer care, customer loyalty, business development and / or sales within the technology industry
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate technical information for internal and external audiences
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, facilitation, and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience leading teams to successful outcomes
• Experience and interest in analyzing campaign success, with the goal of continual improvement
• Knowledge of privacy & communication laws in the Americas (US, Canada & Latin America)
• Experience with :
• Social media
• Research tools (Zoom Info, Linkedin Navigator, D&B a plus)
• CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
• Email automation systems (HubSpot a plus)
• Web content management
• Analytics (JMP software a plus)
• Work in manufacturing, life sciences or high-tech industries a plus
