JOB SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager Audits will assist management to comply with generally accepted accounting principles and Sarbanes Oxley requirements in conducting global business operations.
The role will provide technical accounting guidance and analysis to management in support of business decisions and/or financial statement preparation/presentation in compliance with US General Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), International Financial ing Standards (IFRS) etc.
The role will manage the Global Sarbanes Oxley Compliance program based on the COSO Internal Control Integrated Framework Principles to design, implement, evaluate, and maintain the system of internal controls over financial ing across all business units / locations worldwide.
The role will perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
YOUR IMPACT:

Assist in preparing, reviewing and/or maintaining policies, procedures, and process documentation to achieve business objectives.
Design and execute audit programs to evaluate business unit adherence to established policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead audit team(s) in evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of the system of internal controls.
Prepare and issue audit s identifying opportunities to improve the internal control environment along with recommended remediation action plans.
Interface with Corporate, Internal and External Auditors, on matters relating to the design, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing maintenance of the system of internal controls.
Research, prepare and issue technical accounting guidance for management to support business decisions and financial statement preparation in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS etc.
Deliver training to team members on accounting guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Communicate and drive opportunities to deliver best value for customers.
Partner with management in planning, measuring, and ing on performance of assigned areas and opportunities to improve profitability through pricing or cost efficiency.
Coordinate team efforts on enterprise-wide projects to collaboratively achieve business objectives and implement standard practices throughout the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Six (6) or more years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or treasury.
Ability to travel 10%.
STAND OUT QUALIFICATION
Thorough knowledge of various financial regulations (i.e., US GAAP, IFRS).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
