Job Description
- Prepare reconciliations for selected general ledger accounts
- Prepare various journal entries and accruals
- Support and drive daily validations of transactions between NetSuite ERP and other integrated platforms
- Assist in annual, quarterly, and monthly tax returns (Sales and Use, Corporate)
- Partner with various departments to ensure financial transactions are processed accurately
- Provide backup support for other Finance team members
- Special projects as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years in Accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Hands on NetSuite ERP experience a plus
