As an integral member of ServiceNow’s Global Enablement team, this role is responsible for empowering and aligning our pre-sales field organizations with the enablement programs needed to effectively cultivate and drive sales opportunities to a technical win.
Successful candidates will understand solution-selling, along with the ability to identify learning objectives, drive content development, and produce learning experiences.
This role requires cross-organization collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership, and the various Enablement Teams within ServiceNow.
This role is responsible to deliver and report on the enablement learning experience for ServiceNow pre-sales selling roles.
