The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for working behind the scenes in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, managing everything from lead generation and campaigns to internal analytics and new implementations based on results.The Digital Marketing Specialist will also assist with various digital marketing responsibilities for Independent Home Care Management Solutions and all affiliated brands. This position reports directly to the CEO, with indirect supervision from the Business Development Director.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with the team in planning and executing digital marketing strategies and content
• Heavy focus on CRM management and engagement; creating, planning, and executing campaigns
• Responsible for ensuring the system is configured and maintained to support company business practices and initiatives.
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
• Work closely with the team to implement a content calendar that provides strategy and content for: blog posts, videos/webinars, infographics and still imagery, social and web ads, email marketing, and other campaign-driven content as needed
• Create and update landing pages and other web content as needed
• Assist the team in writing social and web content as needed
• Manages and tracks client tasks, deadlines, and priorities
• Stays current with inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources.
• Develops ongoing fresh, creative, and innovative ideas for unique, cost-effective, results-oriented digital media content

Requirements:

• High School or GED equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or other related program strongly preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of digital marketing experience (preferred)
• CRM experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with design and employer brand consistency
• Bonus: experience working with Adobe Suite
• Bonus: experience in home care or a related healthcare industry
