Summary
This position supports the General Manager in analytical reporting for the property. An Executive Analyst manages the reporting of labor, efficiencies, and records growth efforts/strategies, while ensuring the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace. The responsibilities of the Executive Analyst are to maximize productivity of the hotel, enhance yielding management of the hotel’s operation and assist the General Manager with miscellaneous projects as it pertains to the property’s profitability. The Executive Analyst is to ensure reporting is accurate, thorough, effective, and updated in a timely manner. Any variances within the various reports will be reviewed, analyzed, and explained.
