PositionSummary :
As a specialist, marketingoperations, you will play an important role in planning, managing,and executing the promotional literature fulfillment process.
Assist in the development, planning and execution of speakerprograms, conferences, ad boards and other HCP engagements forfunctions such as managed care, medical affairs, trade, and others.
It is a highly interactive and cross-functional role where you willdevelop an understanding of the brand team’s business and focus oneffectively managing relationships with keystakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Liaison with vendor partners to ensure timelines andexpectations are met and drive to successful completion throughproject management.
Help facilitate theplanning, development and execution of conferences includingworking directly with assigned teams to develop objectives, booths,materials, symposiums and other onsite conference venues andevents.
Liaison with vendor partners to ensure budget, timelinesand expectations are met and drive project to successful completionthrough project management.
Plan and leadplanning and status meetings with cross-functional partners andassigned teams. Prepare and maintain documentation, action itemsand meeting outcomes.
Escalate issues asappropriate.
