Hiring for an AP/AR Specialist with a Material Handling and Equipment Supplier.

Full Time- Hybrid (2 days from home-3 days in office

Orlando, FL office located

Monday- Friday

Regular morning scheduele

$22.00- $25.00 an hour

Accounts Receivable/Payable Duties and Responsibilities

Review invoices for accuracy
Send invoices to customers and clients
Process payments
Reach out to customers who have past due payments
Resolve disputed charges
Set up new accounts
Maintain customer files and record payment information
Data Entry
Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Analyzing workflow processes
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Processing due invoices for payments
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

Requirements and Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable/Payable position

3-4 years of experience in AR/AP, preferably in Collections
JD Edwards and SalesForce knowledge (not a deal breaker but it would be a plus)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Accounting/Financial background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Orlando, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
