Responsibilities
Scan documents to create digital files
Enter accurate and relevant information into our database
Maintain a well-organized file system
Establish and uphold organization standards
Perform additional administrative tasks, including but not limited to invoicing
Requirements
High school diploma or GED certificate
Strong typing skills, with the ability to pass a 10 Key typing test
Experience with databases and proficiency in common business software
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of data
Familiarity with vendor management and invoicing programs, as well as Microsoft Outlook is a plus
