Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Partners with manager to lead the Digital Technology function business cycle: annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecasts, operating reviews, and closing and reporting processes. Analyzes the performance and proposed action plans to improve profitability and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Leads staff level Chief Information Officer discussions on spend, market changes, and impacts to individual Profit & Losses. Links estimates & updates throughout the quarter to drive the monthly reporting cycles and the quarterly close cycle for the function.
Drives communication with senior finance staff members across each region, function, and Strategic Business Unit. Supports manager op mechs with key external vendors.
Supports key projects areas such as recasts, hierarchy transformation, and reporting simplification. Drives standard work across accounts and region, function, and segments within the function.
Leverages system/technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support action plans and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field from a university or college preferred.
Minimum 4 years financial work experience in a global business environment
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented mindset
Acts proactively
Detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Fluent English
Desired Characteristics
Experience of working cross functionally, including at senior levels.
Prior experience of leveraging lean methodologies to drive and sustain measurable change.
Graduate of finance management leadership programs
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $80,000 – $120,000 It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
