The Director of Client Services will help local pre-retirees who NEED our help. We are seeking the following in our ideal life-long team member:

Career Responsibilities:

• Complete and process servicing requests
• Prioritize incoming tasks and issues on a daily basis
• Maintain close relationships with clients
• Operate with a proactive approach to advisors & clients
• Complete & process internal and external servicing requests
• Respond to client inquires as needed within 24 hours
• Meet with clients to onboard into client portal and provide user tutorials
• Follow-up as necessary with vendor companies and clients
• Manage RMDs for qualified client accounts
• Update account values and complete client review summary for upcoming appointments

Requirements:

• Insurance and Series 65 licensed preferred
• Previous experience with confidential, detailed paperwork
• Previous client interaction
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
