We are dedicated to creating and nurturing modern families through a compassionate, ethical, and innovative approach. Position Overview : We are inviting an innovative and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in a hybrid role, combining remote work with two days a week in the office.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution skills to manage and enhance our marketing across various channels and platforms.
The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with our Content Creator and Graphic Designer. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual advertising and marketing plans alongside the Intake staff, senior leadership, Content Creators, and Graphic Designer.
Enhance customer journey through audience segmentation, marketing automation, and nurturing communications. Create and manage strategy for the communication programs including monthly newsletters.
Analyze social media campaign ROI across various platforms. Coordinate and execute traditional marketing initiatives, including print materials, events, and public relations.
Analyze market trends to guide marketing strategies. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to inform future strategies.
Required Experience and Skills : A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role with proven experience in integrated marketing strategy development and execution.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including content management, social media, SEO, and analytics.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to think creatively and innovate. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the healthcare, fertility, or related industry is a plus.
