Position Title : Marketing Assistant
n Wage : $22.00-$30.00 per hour
nThis Italian-based Probiotic company is looking for a temp for a 3-month assignment while their employee is on maternity leave.
nCustomer Service and Marketing Assistant is a pivotal role responsible for catering to the diverse needs of our customers, managing data entry, content creation, and distributing content across various platforms, emails, and management systems to bolster sales and marketing efforts.
This individual will play a crucial role in customer follow-ups, project management, and setting up marketing systems within specified timelines, as directed by the VP of Sales & Marketing.
n Marketing Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
n- Timely follow-up with customers, addressing inquiries, and sharing relevant information.
n- Accurate and efficient entry of customer data into the ERP system.
n- Review, edit, and update assigned content being created.
n- Implement approved SOPs to create automations and campaigns in the email management / CRM system.
n- Test client delivery systems to ensure high deliverability and product quality.
n- Develop program launch pages on the website with approved content, images, etc.
n- Create campaigns in the email / CRM system for assigned program launches.
n- Conduct project debriefs and update systems after each project, incorporating key learnings.
n- Upload approved content into the social media scheduler, adhering to the content calendar.
n- Track engagement of social media posts and interactions.
n- Coordinate weekly emails and client engagement pieces for distribution across various marketing channels.
n- Possess a working knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of CSS, capable of covering in times of need.
n- Strong communication skills for both external and internal customers.
n- Project management responsibilities as assigned.
n- Graphic design skills to manipulate files and produce brochures, digital files, e-files, etc.
n Marketing Assistant Requirements :
n- Bachelor’s degree focused on sales, business management, marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
n- Customer service / administrative experience is preferred.
n- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
n- Working knowledge of WordPress for website management and content creation.
