The Accounting/Office Assistant is a hands-on position responsible for performing accounting and general office activities, including coordination of timekeeping, billing and collections, management over the reception area, and office purchasing requests. Responsible for day- to-day general accounting functions including AR, AP, general ledger, reconciliations, and general office support.
