Summary / Objective :
The office manager position is responsible for overall office activities; maintaining the facility in keeping with corporate office standards and is directly responsible for appearance, general maintenance, and repairs of the facility.
The office manager will also be responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment.
The office manager will supervise day to day operations of the corporate space and manage a staff of two office coordinators.
Other responsibilities include partnering with IT, HR, and other corporate departments to provide a secure, productive environment for staff members and visiting guests.
Responsible for occupancy and space planning, arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings.

Supervisory Responsibility :
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
The position also manages and interacts with numerous contractors and vendors. The position has significant interactions with multiple departments in the performance of assigned tasks, including Human Resources and Information Technology.
Work Environment :
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position requires the ability to be on-site, Monday – Friday.
Physical Demands :
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
