Description Position at LHH (Global) Global Customer and Candidate Marketing LeaderAs the Leader of Customer and Candidate Marketing globally, you will play a critical role in defining and executing LHH’s customer and candidate marketing strategies to achieve our growth and revenue targets.
You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams optimize campaigns to reach top talent, enhance customer acquisition, and drive ROI.
Reporting Relationships : Group SVP, Marketing LHHDirect Reports : 2-3 direct reportsLocation : US, UKTravel : 20%Languages : English with French, German or Spanish preferredIn this role you can expect toKey AccountabilitiesDefine and communicate the vision, mission, and strategy for increasing customer and candidate experience marketing across the organization.
Develop and implement comprehensive and integrated customer and candidate experience marketing plans that uses all touchpoints and channels, including web, mobile, email, social media, events, and more to increase cross-sell and activation.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing professionals across different regionsEstablish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure and improve the effectiveness and impact of customer and candidate marketing initiatives.
Identify and leverage best practices, trends, and innovations in customer experience marketing, and foster a culture of experimentation and learning.
Establish and manage customer advocacy programs to identify and nurture brand advocates. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, including global sales, operations, product marketing and sales enablement to ensure alignment and integration of customer experience marketing with other strategies and activities.
Manage and optimize the budget and resources. Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs and preferences in all decision-making processes.
Implement marketing changes that impact NPS and customer and candidate satisfaction. All About YouA bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in customer experience marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role in global rolesA deep understanding of customer behavior, needs, and expectations, and how to create and deliver relevant and meaningful marketing campaigns.
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing with a strong background in digital marketing, including web, mobile, email, social media, analytics.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM preferred.A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative and effective customer experience marketing solutions.
A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams and individuals.
Excellent communication and presentation skillsA high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethicsA willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
