In this role, you will:
Collaborate with Finance teams across DPEP to identify and implement best practices
Enable “quick wins” in support of the Finance Transformation vision and goals
Ensure ideas and initiatives are cross-leveraged throughout the organization

Responsibilities :
End-to-end project management: create project plans, maintain schedules, budgets
Execute project plans and implement each initiative to completion
Prioritize work, including determining benefit and costs as needed
Establish a process to collect and report project metrics
Integrate with various organizational areas as needed (e.g., DPEP Technology, Enterprise Technology, Enterprise Finance)
Work with Finance Transformation Communication lead to develop project-specific communication, change management, and training plans
Provide regular updates to Project Sponsors/Steering Committees, Champions & Change Agents
Work with part-time supporting teams who will change with each initiative
Basic Qualifications :
Track record of implementing new or improving existing processes
Excellent relationship and partnering skills, ability to influence, resolve conflict and drive results
Ability to navigate SAP, Excel and PowerPoint and an openness to learn new tools
Ability to deliver presentations and communication to audiences of all levels persuasively, articulately and with full command of the topic
Ability to understand complex finance concepts and translate them for non-finance partners
Ability to analyze and present complex data to leaders and partners in a way that can be easily understood
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage time (self and team)
Proven ability to develop a clear understanding of the business, the processes required to support the business, and the development of relationships with various teams
Preferred Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in finance, accounting or related field
Experience managing and leading projects; certification in project management and/or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
Proficiency in Power BI / other data visualization software
Experience supporting a global operation
Ability to occasionally travel for business, domestically and potentially internationally
Required Education :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics
