The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting or finance background with experience in SAP and finance system implementations at Enterprise, Segment or Business Unit level, preferably with Inventory and Warehouse management. This candidate should have experience leading projects, be familiar with financial process best practices, be comfortable communicating with and presenting to all levels of employees and have a demonstrated ability to develop relationships and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities :
Lead strategic initiatives, responsible for: executive sponsorship, partner collaboration, scoping, planning, resourcing, milestone identification, timeline management, execution, status updates, risk management and launch.
Lead projects for business transformation, process improvement, data visibility, policy change, improved user experience and reduced cost and risk. Incorporate best practices, controls and testing standardization.
Prioritize efforts and direct resources to accommodate simultaneous projects, tasks, sustainment and customer needs.
Partner with Technology and Business to strategize, plan and implement systems
Parks and Resorts: Lead team supporting Inventory and Warehouse initiatives for our Merchandise, Food & Beverage, DCL and Distribution Services lines of businesses domestically and internationally.
Consumer Products: Provide Supply Chain support on financial systems projects for Retail (brick and mortar and e-commerce) and Publishing. Lead the PTP process for Consumer Products. Lead the Inventory and warehouse sustainment for ShopDisney, B2B initiatives and B2C e-commerce LOB.
Provide operational support on SAP Warehouse Management Systems for 30+ locations globally
Lead meetings with executives, Finance leads and Technology leads to provide status updates on current projects and to generate awareness and alignment on upcoming projects and company initiatives.
Support user communities by developing training, communications and presentations to increase proficiency levels and manage change.
Identify user trends and pain points through daily interactions, post-mortem reviews and focus groups.
Initiate system enhancements and partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
Lead bi-coastal and global teams of managers, analysts and contractors. Develop direct reports through mentorship, feedback and stretch goals. Promote teamwork internally and externally.
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 to 7 years work experience with financial or accounting systems, preferably in a large SAP installation
Experience supporting warehouse and inventory management systems and processes
Experience managing a project portfolio, and balancing the needs of multiple simultaneous projects
Experience leading mid-size projects
Experience integrating front of house (FOH) systems with an ERP
Experience documenting financial requirements and process flows
Minimum of 3 years leading teams
Experience working for large company and within a matrix organization
Strong understanding of financial systems, processes and enhancements
Proven history of building and maintaining excellent client service relationships
Proven ability to interact and partner with all levels of management to help drive collaborative business decisions
Effective presentation skills, and the ability to prepare written and oral presentations for leadership
Charismatic, dynamic leader and effective manager, with a history of leading by example and mentoring teams to meet high profile objectives
Proven “team player” who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skills

Experience managing complex projects with multiple system integrations and tight timelines
Supply Chain System Experience
CPA or CMA license, or equivalent
Six Sigma certification
PMP or other professional project management certification
Experienced in using the Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
Experience in using SAP or another ERP
Experience in using Business Objects and/or Cognos reporting tools
Experience developing end user training
Experience implementing financial processes and systems
Experience using systems designed to manage issues, changes and testing (e.g. Service Manager, Rational Team Concert, ALM)
Auditing Experience
