What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for providing input in defining annual and seasonal marketing objectives and planning marketing campaigns to support these objectives
• Support the end-to-end creative planning process by writing creative briefs, coordinating cross-functional meetings, managing the creative routing process and sign-off from partners, and ensuring final creative is accurate and meets the campaign requirements
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of direct mail campaigns within the CRM Campaign Management tool, namely offer and creative version tracking and accuracy (includes producing and distributing up-to-date campaign frameworks for cross-functional teams to execute campaigns accurately)
• Understand the internal floor set schedule and marketing briefs to ensure Direct Mail creative aligns with the overall brand strategy
• Manage the Direct Mail contingency schedule and process with cross-functional partners and print vendors to track campaign timelines and decision dates
• Partner with the Data Execution team on Direct Mail campaign milestones.
• Partner with field comm teams on communication to stores for any business-critical information (related to CRM) that needs to be cascaded

Who we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or retail experience
• Comfortable working with a variety of different work styles such as analytics, data focused, creative, and process-oriented partners
• Strong project management skills particularly coordinating across multiple teams and managing deadlines for multiple concurrent projects
• Outgoing personality who enjoys a fast paced yet fun work environment
