Day in the life…
Implement national and local Marketing campaigns, projects and materials.
Projects will encompass everything from development of in-store menus, POP materials, and digital displays, to sales collateral, email, social, website, advertising and more.
Work with Marketing team and cross-functional departments including Culinary R&D, Operations, Training, Legal, Technology, etc. on various projects and timelines
Work with agency and production partners to manage processes efficiently and effectively
Partner with cross-functional departments for internal creative and development needs.
Manage execution of creative/advertising programs based on all parties’ overall objectives, budgets, timing, production/vendor requirements, etc.
Ensure that brand standards are being met and that the creative aligns with company objectives
Responsible for tracking and proofing to ensure factual accuracy across all projects and programs
Manage the D&B assets hub.
Menu management and merchandising development for all Food & Beverage updates/initiatives
System input, tracking and reporting for menu items, coupons, barcodes and gift cards
Manage National Gift Card program and supporting marketing efforts
Survey execution, reporting, and data tracking.
Forecast, develop and manage budgets for marketing programs.
Assist marketing team with new vendor setup and vendor management
Coordinate ongoing Marketing department support needs including mail distribution, team lunches, office supplies and snack orders, team recognition, etc.
Other various duties that come-up as part of D&B’s fast-paced culture and “You Got This” attitude.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS:
Undergraduate degree required (1-2 years experience preferred).
Extremely organized with outstanding project management skills.
Ability to manage multitude of inputs without becoming overwhelmed or stressed.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and people skills.
Drive to overachieve.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Non-traditional work environment. We have games in the lobby, a billiard table in the break room and we get everyone together quarterly where we relax and catch up over ice cold “refreshments”.
