What You’ll Do
*
You’ll oversee customer success and perform strategic account management. You’ll build and maintain relationships with our clients, report their awesome results each month, and work to generate referrals and reviews from them.

In techy non-English terms… Here’s what you’ll be doing:
— Facilitate account renewals, reporting & will manage the team working behind the scenes to success.
— Guide the on-boarding, rollout, and account management from the closed sale to renewal and referral.
— Work with the Sales team to develop strategies to promote account growth and increase client satisfaction.
— Develop a deep understanding of LeadRoll process, our market, and our customers’ needs
— Develop a successful NPS system that integrates with our process.
— Build new fundamental process, reports, and systems with tools like Google Sheets and Zapier.

What We’ll Love About You

— You execute excellent coaching, training, project management, and have a magnetic personality that just makes people respect you (dare I say, even LIKE you) when you speak.
— You’re great on video.
— You’re well organized, can do multiple things at once, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-Level customers without being intimidated.
— You can manage a Customer Success team in a SaaS, agency, or startup environment.
— You are technically savvy and highly organized (spreadsheets and automation experience is a plus). Things bother you when they’re not done with excellence… But you’re sweet about correcting others, and treat it like a coaching opportunity.
— You have a passion for helping others and solving complex problems in creative ways, and get pumped when your team wins.
— You are a team player who performs well independently, and you’re eager to continually hone and improve skills. You want to be grade A, top notch talent, and you want to work with the best in their field.
