CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Lead Support Manager to join our dedicated PSS Finance Rebates Modernization team. The PSS Finance Rebates Modernization team’s mission is to develop “Best in Class” PSS Finance business processes that align across the ecosystem. The PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Lead Support Manager ’s purpose is to project manage all of the Rebates’ requests that are received from the Lead Intake Manager. The Lead Support Manager will provide a timeline for each request securing an Estimation of Work from the Technical Team, assigning the work to Sprints (Agile) based on the priorities set forth by the business and securing post deploy deliverables such as change management or training by aligning with the proper team that is responsible for those deliverables. The Lead Support Manager will align with both Business and IT Resources to make sure that the detailed requirements are documented and will partner with a cross-functional team of motivated, high performing business colleagues with a diverse background to drive improvements for the entire PSS Finance footprint.
The responsibilities of the PSS Finance Rebates Modernization team:
Govern and manage the architecture of PSS Rebates Modernization business operations processes within the greater PSS Finance ecosystem as it evolves, changes, and executes new initiatives.
Connect PSS Finance Rebates Modernization processes to the greater PSS Finance Rebate Modernization automated and integrated processes to foster business alignment, agility, and speed.
Develop a deep understanding of PSS Finance Rebates Modernization business and maintain a repository of blueprints including business to include current and future workflows, utilize scrum tools for documentation, create user stories, spikes, bugs and relate them to epics and work with IT partners to document the requirements for the technology solutions.
Continuously improve PSS Finance Rebates Modernization business to optimize business performance, drive new savings opportunities, strengthen controls; reduce audit risk, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve quality.
Facilitate the annual PSS Finance capital process; focus limited business and IT resources for greatest impact; and set annual strategic goals and follow through to deliver real and measurable results.
As an integral and important colleague in one of the world’s largest healthcare organizations, the PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Lead Support Manager will be expected to model professionalism, innovation, and initiative, and deliver strong outcomes in all areas on a consistent basis. This is a broad and challenging role which requires granular understanding of business complexities within our PSS Finance Rebates Modernization business within the greater PSS Finance business processes and understanding of the PSS operating model.
The PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Lead Support Manager will report to the PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Lead Director and partner with the PSS Finance stakeholders upstream and downstream, with the PSS Finance Rebate Modernization business team members as well as with the IT Tech Team to achieve Support prioritization and communication to all requestors.
The PSS Finance Rebates Modernization Lead Support Manager will:
Maintain and foster strong relationships with business and technical teams and subject matter experts throughout the PSS Finance organization.
Assign all approved current and new business requests to the IT Technical Team in the prioritized way the requests were received and prioritized by the business stakeholders.
Works with the Lead Intake Manager to attain clarification on any requests that are received to ensure proper business requirements.
Maintains an updated repository of blueprints including business flows, documentation, epics (user stories) and technology solutions based on new requested features and enhancements.
Continuously update and maintain the documents and requirements of business processes that improve PSS Finance Rebate business
Develop and maintain partnerships with business key resources from each team to identify gaps in requirements and causes, system process and operational gaps, and control weaknesses and inefficiencies in the technical solution and report any findings back to the Lead Director.
Project Manages the calls that will create the technical requirements of each new business request in order to schedule and prioritize the work that will lead to a solid tactical solution that achieves higher operational quality, accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the business requirements.
Project Manages the calls that will achieve the detailed requirements that explain the business required outcome and timeline; report on progress of project activity; and partner effectively with IT team members to ensure business requirements are aligned to documented needs.
Attains the proper documentation and confirmation of all testing required for a successful deploy including deployment steps and sequencing, smoke testing plans, back out plans, QA testing scripts, defect management and completion and reports back to the business the status of each request on a bi-weekly basis.

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience of either business analytics, project management using scrum tools and/or technical team management within a large corporate environment.
Knowledge of scrum methodologies utilizing scrum tools, user stories, and work in a sprint driven environment
Proficiency with standard scrum tools such as Rally, JIRA, Agile Accelerator
Experience working with business stakeholders, leading technical teams and subject matter expects to align on go forward strategies for quality assurance and business rule alignment and implementation processes.

Lead business leaders and business subject matter experts into gathering business requirements in a non-technical, business manner so that the requirements are signed off by the business partner
Business Analytical and Quality Assurance experience for highly regulated healthcare environment or Enterprise level companies is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required.
