The Call Center Manager will be expected to work a typical Monday through Friday schedule, with additional flexibility as call center needs demand. Primary responsibility is to be onsite. The Call Center Manager would report directly to the company Directors and would be responsible for the performance of their center. This individual is expected to enforce our values of retention while maintaining positive performance metrics. Salary expectations $45,000-$60,000 based on experience, skills and qualifications.
