MARKETING & CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Beaver County Transit Authority, located at the Rochester Transportation Center (RTC) in Rochester, PA, has an opening for a Marketing & Customer Service Supervisor. BCTA is the Beaver County’s public and specialized transportation provider.
Summary: This position is responsible for the development of BCTA’s Marketing Communications Programs. This position is also responsible for supervising the customer service department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Oversees the customer service department and directly supervises 2-3 Customer Service Specialists I at the RTC location
-Develops new advertising campaigns to promote BCTA’s services and projects
-Manages the Content of BCTA’s Website and all BCTA social media
-Educates human service agencies and the public about BCTA technology deployments
Develops and distributes all BCTA customer information
-Tracks the performance of BCTA established customer service standards and makes recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a BS in Marketing, Business or related field. Three to five years’ experience in a marketing or related position. Experience in the development of ad campaigns and the dissemination of customer information. Supervisory experience preferred. Must have a professional demeanor and appearance providing a positive company image to the employees and the public. Good computer skills preferred.
