Job Description
Cleveland-based company seeks a Director of Finance for a Single Family Office. Must have current or prior family office Experience.
Responsibilities include:
Manage US and Foreign Bank Account Cash for all Companies
Act as main point of contact for all Treasury/Banking Functions
Produce Daily Cash Balance Reports for all Companies
Produce Weekly Cash Flow Reports for all Companies
Produce budgets, forecasting and financial models
High level of daily production communication with Controllers of operating Companies
Create Invoices, send out and Collect Monthly Rents for Companies that own Buildings/Land
Create and Post Month End JEs for all Companies
Manage and produce all individual Company Financials Monthly
Consolidate all Financials into one Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and P&L Quarterly
Manage the AP process for all Companies
Manage Intercompany Transactions and Balancing for all Companies
Produce Activity / Spend reports for any topic at anytime to VPs (mainly Andy B)
Manage Yearly Cohen Tax & Audit Requests for all Companies
Manage the Finance/Accounting teams for Acquisition Implementations
Must have current or prior family office experience. Must have four years financial management experience and understand UHNW client needs.
Location: Cleveland. Will provide relocation assistance.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary Range: $150k – $200k, depending on experience
