SUMMARY
The Global Tax Analyst will be actively involved in all aspects of international tax including, but not limited to, preparing of US international tax filings, local country corporate and indirect tax filings, estimated payments, and tax provision related work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare tax worksheets and calculations for international income tax compliance
Assist with tax account reconciliation for corporate income tax accruals and payments
Work with external consultants for preparation and review of international income tax compliance
Prepare and update tax provision schedules to facilitate efficiencies in tax reporting and tax compliance
Prepare tax reporting for FBAR and other required disclosures
Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic knowledge of U.S. International Tax concepts and income tax reporting forms (8858, 5471, 1118)
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
Focus on detailed workpapers and documentation
Foreign language skills may be beneficial (Dutch, Mandarin, Japanese or Korean preferable)
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Accounting, MA in Taxation and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years of professional experience in a Accounting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
