Palm Beach County Custom Home Builder seeks experienced professional customer service representative to join our sales, construction and design team to help ensure our home buyers have a quality experience from contract to closing and beyond. Communicate and meet with new homeowners to review/identify issues with their new home. Work with the construction team and subcontractors to schedule required work. Communicate with homeowners during the progress of the work through the completion of an effective timely resolution.
This position requires a professional demeanor and excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel a must. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a customer service professional required. Construction industry background preferred.
