Job Overview

The Commercial Execution Coordinator will support both the Coca-Cola Consolidated Brand Portfolio and Category Space processes. The Coordinator will assist with SKU projects through various stages including pre-launch forecasting, internal communication of launch plans, updating and maintaining product/package images through Photoshop for Planogram creation, verifies commercial execution of LOS documents, SKU set-up in internal databases, tracking customer and/or channel participation, and potential distribution plan changes. The role will oversee timeline and process management, working closely with the internal Marketing Commercialization, Customer Management, Space Planning, ISS Department, Product Supply and Master Data teams and external Brand Partners (CCNA, Dr. Pepper, etc). The role will ensure process flow is optimized, while partnering with internal teams to communicate SKU portfolio launches, deletions, etc. This role will assist with AML (Authorized Material or SKU List) Management for the SKU Portfolio as broken out by Customers, Channels and plants in the SAP environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides support for the CCCI SKU product portfolio & category space processes through timely process management and communication of SKU portfolio launches, SKU deletions, Updating product/package images, etc.
• Manages timelines and tracks project status with external Brand Partners and the internal Commercialization, Customer Management, Space Planning, ISS Department, Master Data and Product supply teams in support of the CCCI SKU portfolio and commercial execution through monthly LOS documents.
• Submits and executes SKU launch process documents and tracking with various internal audiences while providing recommendations to the Customer Management team on display execution.
• Updates AML (Authorized Material List) or SKU records in SAP to reflect optimal portfolio line-up for channel and customers based on authorized SKUs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Experience with SAP and/or Sharepoint a plus

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience in business, marketing or similar
