Circadia Health is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in our mission to transform healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside talented professionals from some of the world’s top institutions in developing an AI-driven platform that offers proactive and predictive care.
The Finance Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other executive team members to drive financial growth and success.
Our platform focuses on continuous remote patient monitoring. With over $20M in VC funding and top investors backing us, we’re excited to have you join us in transforming healthcare from secondary sick care to primary preventive care.
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and growth strategies.
Manage day-to-day financial activities, including invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll.
Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including tax filings and reporting.
Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and tax advisors, to support financial operations.
Manage cash flow and forecasting to ensure the company is properly funded and can meet financial obligations.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve financial controls and accuracy.
Train and mentor team members to ensure a strong financial acumen across the company.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA / Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role. Proven working experience as a Financial Manager is a plus.
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills. Proficient in software like Quickbooks, Excel, (url removed), Expensify, etc.
Self-starter; passionate about your job.
Team leadership skills; strong business acumen.
Ability to adapt and grow in the role.
Strong problem-solving and data analytical, and reporting skills.
Effective interpersonal, influential, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with medical billing processes and healthcare industry regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis and familiarity with financial software and systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deadlines effectively.
