We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our engineering team. This is a permanent position that offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analysis, data analytics, and performance tracking. They will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, tracking marketing KPIs, and producing monthly reports.
This role requires a deep understanding of Power BI, IRI, Nielsen, and KPI Tracker. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities :
1. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
2. Utilize Power BI, IRI, Nielsen, and other tools to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
3. Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
4. Use data analytics to identify opportunities for marketing optimization and growth.
5. Produce detailed monthly reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Develop and maintain a KPI tracker to monitor and report on marketing performance.
7. Use data analytics to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to drive marketing strategy.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of Power BI, IRI, Nielsen, and KPI Tracker.
4. Proven experience in data analytics and performance tracking.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how they relate to marketing success.
7. Ability to produce detailed, accurate monthly reports.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
