Our client, a publicly-traded professional services organization in Herndon, VA, seeks a CPA to serve as its Corporate Controller. The Controller will lead a large team and report to the CAO. Responsibilities will include: oversight of accounting operations and financial close process; financial statement preparation and SEC reporting; management of annual audits; and acquisition accounting and integration. Experience as a sitting Controller (or equivalent) and exposure to SEC reporting required. Experience with project costing ERP systems a plus. Compensation targeted up to $220K base + bonus.
