The Account Strategist – B2B is a unique role at Capital BlueCross. Part client management, part strategic adviser, you are a creative problem solver that loves to build marketing strategies and carry them through to completion.
You lead collaborative activities with key internal stakeholders to develop data-driven sales enablement and other B2B campaigns and initiatives that drive sustainable growth, spur behavior-influencing customer engagement, and ensure our company is poised to evolve in an ever-changing market.
The position requires a broad background of integrated marketing expertise to shape and manage strategies built upon on goals, KPIs, and marketing services to satisfy your clients’ and the greater business’ needs. Ultimately, you understand your clients’ objectives and provide clear, creative solutions that will help them succeed. You are a lynchpin of Marketing, working closely with department leadership to propel innovation and creative ideation for your accounts and the company at large.
On top of having the resiliency to balance a workload of diverse projects and the daily management of your accounts, you have the liberty to create and refine strategies that will deliver results.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are your client’s biggest advocate and voice, driving strategic growth and development by using data, internal collaboration, and market trends.
